A story of womanly issues
The cast is largely female in this movie, the issues encountered by females are how often looked upon and how they fight against the opposite sex’s attention. This movie deals soberly with these plots and there is a great deal of attraction between the lead characters in the end. The movie does not dig original woman flicks and may sound obnoxious rather sugary.
The supporting cast involves Lizzy Caplan, Jonathan Bennett, Daniel Franzese, and Neil Flynn. The screenplay is based in part on Rosalind Wiseman's 2002 book Queen Bees and Wannabes, which narrates female high school social cliques, school bullying, and the detrimental effect they can have on teenagers. Fey also drew from her own experience at Upper Darby High School as inventiveness for some of the concepts in the film.
