Vidhya Balan is Bengali style Bollywood actress who was born on 1 January 1979 in Mumbai Maharashtra. Vidhya debuted Bollywood film Industry with the dramatic movie Parineeta. Then
the success followed her by her hit movies like Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Bhai, and Bhool Bhulaiya. Then later she starred in movies like No One Killed Jessica and Kahaani while her biopic The Dirty Picture. The last two movies helped her win the National Film Award for Best Actress.
In starting their career, she drew criticism due to her overweight and dressing sense but later got media credits for her unconventionality. She is currently married to film Producer Siddhart Roy Kapur.
