Chow Chow
The Chow Chow is an ancient Chinese breed of dog, known for its thick coat, blue or black tongue, and distinctive "bear" "-like appearance. Dogs of this breed are prone to dropping objects of their size when they sense danger, which can harm children. They compete with human babies when they need affection. Their thick fur and large size can make children mistake them for toys.
They are independent, loyal, and calm, and can be difficult to train and socialize with. Chow Chows have double coats - a long, dense top coat and a soft, wooly undercoat. These dogs are extremely cute. You may want to reconsider getting one.
